Have some queries on your mind? Find them answered below...
You can choose to Sign Up using your Email Id or using your Facebook account. If you use your Email Id, you will receive an activation mail to activate your account before login. If you choose to login using Facebook, you will be asked for your login details, if you aren't already logged into Facebook.
The Email Id that you are attempting to Sign Up with is already registered & hence the system is not allowing duplicates. Please check if you already are a registered user at Find A Muso (FAM).
Go to the 'Login' screen. Click on 'Forgot Password' & enter your registered Email Id. You will receive a mail with instructions to change your password.
Please re-check the username & password. If those are correct, check if you have received a mail from us in your Inbox (if not, check SPAM). Click on the activation link provided in the mail to activate your account. You can now start using the system. If you cannot login even after that, leave us a mail at info@findamuso.com.au
Your Registered Email Id is also your username & hence cannot be changed. But you can change the Email Id for future communications by logging in & going to 'My Profile' & clicking on 'Contact'. Change your Email Id in the field provided. But note that the Email Id provided here will be the one used for all future communications from us.
Venues searching for Musicians for Gigs can view your Profile. They can view all your profile information as it helps them in offering you a Gig. Other Musicians cannot view your profile.
Once you login, you will have access to a Calendar. You can manage your availability for Gigs across various time slots of the day here.
A Venue will be able to view your Gig Calendar for availability of slots. But the details of your Gigs will not be disclosed to Venues.
A Musician will not be able to view your profile on Find A Muso. Your profile is only visible to Venues.
You will be have access to a 'Search' application that will filter your search based on various input criteria, including date & slot. Once you get the search results, click on your chosen Venue to view more details about the venue.
Search for a Venue & click on it to proceed to it's profile. You can then proceed to raise a request for a Gig for a particular date & slot.
When a Venue requests you for a Gig, you will receive a message in your inbox with the details. You can take the desired action – Accept/Reject.
Leave us a mail at info@findamuso.com.au. We hold the deleted user account details in our database for a period of one month before erasing it.
Go to 'My Account' & click on the 'Delete Account' tab to proceed with the deletion. Your account will be deleted from the system.

A Venue Owner is a person who can manage multiple Venues using one login. This is mainly to facilitate Owners/Managers who run more than one Venues.
A Venue Owner can manage any number of Venues under his account. Each Venue will have an independent Profile, Calendar, Inbox & Gallery.
Your Registered Email Id is also your username & hence cannot be changed. But you can change the Email Id for future communications by logging in, choosing a Venue & going to 'My Profile' & clicking on 'Contact'. Change your Email Id in the field provided. But note that the Email Id provided here will be the one used for all future communications from us concerning that Venue.
No one can view the Venue Owner profile information.
Musicians searching for Venues for Gigs can view your Profile. They can view all your profile information as it helps them in contacting you for a Gig. Other Venues cannot view your profile.
Each Venue will have a Gig Calendar. You can manage your requirement for Gigs across various time slots of the day here.
